Why should I be an exhibitor?
The NC GIS conference has consistently attracts 600+ GIS leaders, professionals, and students from across the state. Reserving your booth at this premier event ensures that you will be represented at the largest GIS conference in North Carolina and have the opportunity to engage with this collaborative, vibrant community.
Why are there different exhibitor packages?
We understand that each company has different needs when attending a conference. Rather than provide a “one size fits all” approach, we are offering vendors the flexibility to choose the level of amenities and value that best suits them.
How do I get my booth materials to the exhibit hall?
Of course you can bring them with you, but if you want to have them waiting for you when you arrive then we recommend that you ship them directly to our exposition company. They will ensure that your materials are in the exhibit hall, ready for set up. All the information you need will be in the exhibitor kit (available soon). Shipping booth materials directly to the Benton Convention Center is not advised.
What is included with a booth rental?
Each booth rental includes the following:
- 1 10’x15’ (Platinum or Gold) or 1 10’x10’ (Silver or Bronze) carpeted space
- 1 6’x30” table with skirt
- 2 chairs
- Pipe and drape with an 8-ft. back and 3-ft. sides
- 1 electrical box
- Wi-fi internet connection
- 1 wastebasket
What does “presentation time on vendor track” mean?
NCGIS2027 will offer a dedicated “vendor” program track. The vendor track will provide a unique opportunity for exhibitors to provide a full presentation and be formally included in the conference agenda. All exhibitor package members are able to participate in this new offering, however, preference of your desired presentation time will be based upon package level. Platinum level vendors will be given the first pick of presentation times, followed by Gold, Silver, then Bronze.
